Termites are probably the best food for dart frogs available to hobbyists because ants and termites make up a large part of wild dart frog diets.
They can be purchased through some herp supply dealers and if you live in the right area they can be easily collected.

If you have any easy source of termites your in luck because they are probably the best way to get animals into breeding condition by plumping them up.
They are also good for getting animals that have lost weight, due to illness or stress from things like shipping, back to healthy body weights.
When you feed them to your frogs it would probably be a good idea to avoid putting any of the soldier termites in the terrariums if they are large, especially in any quantity.

What you need:
4" diameter PVC pipe
4" diameter PVC pipe end cap
cardboard

What to do:
Put together a termite trap, wait a couple of weeks and then harvest the termites. Don't bother with the wood - it just makes a mess.
To make the trap take a foot (two or three feet; it doesn't matter) long 4" diameter PVC pipe with one end open and the other capped.
Roll up cardboard put it in the PVC.
Dampen the cardboard and bury the whole thing - wait a couple of weeks (more or less depending on where you are) and you'll have all the termites you need.
This will work for damp wood termites, not the dry kinds.
If you make 2 – 3 traps and place them together, you can rotate them to keep a constant supply.
